Private family application
Sullivan Home Private AI Mail
A personal email assistant for Paul Sullivan and invited family members, built around a privately hosted Open WebUI interface and local Ollama models.
Email assistance
Read, search and summarise connected Gmail and Microsoft Outlook/Hotmail messages. Sending, organising and deleting messages are intended capabilities, available only when implemented and authorised.
Local AI processing
Email supplied to the assistant is processed by models on the family's own server. Google and Microsoft remain the providers of the connected mailboxes.
Account access
This is an invitation-only family service. Each person connects their own mailbox through the provider's authorisation process. The service is intended to separate ordinary users' chats and mailbox access, with disclosed administrative access.
This public website provides information about the application. It contains no mailbox login, chat history or email content.
