Private family use
Sullivan Home Private AI Mail is a personal service operated by Paul Sullivan for himself and invited family members. It is not offered for public registration.
Connected accounts
Connect only mailboxes you own or are authorised to use. Granted permissions determine the operations the integration may perform. Review the privacy policy, including administrator access, before connecting an account.
AI responses and email actions
AI output can be inaccurate. Review summaries and drafts before relying on them. Sending or deleting email can have lasting consequences; users should review the recipient, content and selected messages before authorising these actions. Intended capabilities may not yet be implemented.
Availability and control
This personal service has no guaranteed availability. The administrator may change, suspend or discontinue it. Users can revoke mailbox-provider permissions and request removal of local credentials and data as described in the privacy policy.
